Are you stuck in a rut with your guitar playing? Have you learned a few basics but are struggling to move on?
Maybe work, or just life got in the way for a while but now its time to pick up the guitar again and learn some new things.
Like everything in these days of the internet, there’s so much information out there and so many choices that we can easily get overwhelmed.
That’s definitely the case with guitar lessons.
So I decided to put together an easy to absorb course designed to get you unstuck, inspired and quickly on the road towards developing your own style of playing.
So, rather than concentrating too much on scales, modes, systems or complicated chords and advanced theory
I’m covering some solid basics that will give you a solid foundation and huge flexibility.
With that out of the way I move on to show you how to use moveable chord shapes all over the guitar neck, how to use variations of them that are better suited to various genres and how to pivot from them into soloing
Next I take you through some incredibly versatile and easy to learn ways to play lead guitar including scale patterns, techniques and moveable shapes.
Along the way we will take a look at and borrow some tricks from some incredible guitar players like Jimi Hendrix, Ritchie Blackmore and Mark Knopfler
The aim is to arm you with an arsenal of knowledge and chops that you can build on as you start to become the player you always wanted to be.
